5 Ways to Use Baskets in Your Storage Design

Baskets are one of my favorite storage accessories because they make life so much easier! It's easy to see, grab and put away anything when you use a slide-out basket in your closet.

Here are some of my favorite examples of how to use baskets to improve your closet design.

Bedroom Closet

With a glance you can choose folded items like jeans and sweaters with slide-out baskets in your bedroom closet.

Slide-out and removable laundry baskets in your closet make it simple to sort out dirty clothing and bring it right to the laundry room.

Keep boots and shoes neat and clean - and out of the way - with baskets in your entryway or mudroom.

Nursery Closet

Babies and toddlers have lots of small items that can easily get jumbled and messy. And little kids move fast, so it's important to be able to easily grab clothing or cloths (sometimes with just one hand!) Slide-out baskets offer the perfect solution.

Linen Closet

A combination of stand-up cloth bins and slide-out baskets makes it easy to elegantly store towels and linens.
