Our designer was fabulous! She exceeded every expectation in customer service and technical knowledge and was very clear and concise on what would happen next and surprisingly (in today’s world) that is exactly what happened.

Everything worked very smoothly from design sessions to arranging for installation to the installation itself. Our remodeler even commented on what a nice job the technicians did installing the closets — he had no touch- up painting to do.

The designer took our space and specific needs into account while designing a perfect solution for us. This is above and beyond what your competitors do. Also every employee I spoke to during this entire experience anticipated my needs and questions and were very friendly and easy to work with.

It was great! Both the designer and the installer were very respectful of our home and the installer even cleaned up afterwards. We had three closets done in a day and I was very surprised that one person could do that all in one day!

I love my closets and show them off to my friends. The painters and installers were awesome. They were kind and friendly. They put blankets down so that none of the materials scratched our floors and cleaned up before they left.

It was great all around. Kate was a thoughtful designer who overlooked nothing — including making a pull out shelf less deep to accommodate cords in the back! Great eye for color and proportion. Glenn literally built a piece of furniture in my living room with almost no inconvenience. Wonderful man great technician. Love my new custom desk with a place for everything and everything in its place. Its beautiful too.

I loved that my consultant came to my home got an understanding of my lifestyle and considered my ideas. She had the skill and tools to show me what my options were and how I could stage the project so that I could add to it at a later date if I chose. The installation went well and the installers were respectful of my space by protecting the floors and area surrounding their work space. The project came out perfectly.
