A message from Bill Barton, California Closet Company Inc. President and CEO
Dear Valued Customer,
At California Closets, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. We recognize the importance of home and the solace it provides us all as we weather these uncertain times together.
We remain here to help—online, by phone, by video conference, or in person—to support you with designing organizational solutions so that you have more time to focus on what matters most. Our teams are diligently monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and medical professionals in an effort to comply with the latest protocols necessary to protect the wellbeing of our communities.
Virtual Design Consultations:
As an alternative to our in-home design services, we are offering virtual appointments and consultations to collaborate one-on-one with customers using audio and visual technology. We are happy to reschedule an in-home meeting with a free, virtual design consultation. We also fully support any employee’s decision to request a cancellation or reschedule an appointment without concern of recourse.
“Shelter in Place” or “Stay at Home” mandates vary state-by-state, or even county-by-county. The situation is changing daily, and we are taking our direction from the latest guidelines or mandates provided from state and local officials. In some locations, our operations fall within essential infrastructure services for workers such as plumbers, electricians, exterminators, and other service providers considered necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences as listed in the Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers. During COVID-19 Response published by Homeland Security. Because directives vary by location; please contact your local California Closets to inquire about the availability of installation services in your area.
In compliance with all current state “Shelter in Place” ordinances, we have also either temporarily closed our showrooms or we are offering individual showroom visits By Appointment Only. We have areas to wash hands or use hand sanitizer and we are disinfecting all collaborative work areas, and system displays prior to opening and after each consultation.
If you’d like more information on the latest news to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in your everyday practices, please visit Coronavirus.gov for consolidated and daily updates.
Thank you for your continued confidence and trust in California Closets. Your safety is extremely important to us and you can count on us to deliver the best and most accommodating service possible.
