What She Wanted
Interior designer Melody Moricco is a pro when it comes to advising her clients, but when she was ready to transform her own spare bedroom into a custom walk-in closet she turned to the expertise of California Closets Rockland County. With the help of design consultant Lorraine Gaudreau, Melody outlined her vision for the elegant and well-organized closet she dreamed of frequenting everyday.

How we did it
Lorraine worked closely with Melody to capture every last detail, including ample storage space for hanging and folded clothing, as well as deep display areas for her beautiful collection of handbags and decorative items. Lorraine also incorporated clever shoe storage and built-in drawers, which Melody enhanced with personal hardware. A cozy rug, center ottoman, and an ornate lighting fixture that Melody selected all completed the new closet’s unique appeal.
