Our rep who came to help design the closet was very knowledgeable about what would work for my closet space. She helped guide me away from mistakes I could have made. The production staff who came to install the closet system was timely and kept the closet space clean. It was ready to go when he left.

You continued to keep in touch with me.  That was very refreshing and kept me comfortable that I was dealing with honest people.  You can’t say that about all companies.

It was a great experience. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Most importantly, the closet was exactly what we needed.

There was a real willingness to create what I imagined.  I know California Closets has standard cabinets but my installation was anything but standard.  Along with a set of cabinets to create a desk, we incorporated a hidden litter area by combining two cabinets with a hinged top for easy access.  It works perfectly for my cats and for me.  The installer enjoyed the challenge, worked out all the problems and took great pride in providing a custom solution.  It was a fun and successful partnership.

Both parts of the process were simple and fun. The design and decision- making was seamless and the men who did the install couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

Everything was great! The design consultant is very good at her job and very efficient. The installer has now down three separate jobs for us and is excellent!

Our designer is such a likeable person and did a great design to maximize the space. She was happy to make a second trip out to my house after I had a door installed to the closet room. The installer was so nice and had a calming presence. He kept the room so clean as he went along installing. He made sure I understood how to make adjustments to shelves before leaving.

They were able to work with me on my schedule and my location was very far from there office.  Also, the gentlemen who installed the unit was very efficient and extremely neat.
