"Hannah Pederson designed three closets for me - all of which I finally completed last month. Due to the high cost of this project, it was one that I really took the time to research. Hannah was by far the best designer of all that I met. The design process for California Closets is much easier - they bring a laptop to coordinate a design on sight, and tweak it to your tastes ..... much easier than waiting for days for a design and going back and forth via e-mail with changes (waste of too much time). She is knows her product, she knows what works and what doesn't, and all of her suggestions were excellent. Before completed my larger, master closet, I met Hannah at the California Closets showroom in Jupiter. This facility is far superior to others that I visited! California Closets was not the cheapest; however, they were not much higher than competitors. Price was definitely a consideration for me, but not the ultimate deciding factor. Hannah was fabulous - she always got back to me in a timely manner, she is well versed in her job and made great suggestions which optimized my limited closet space. I had one issue with my master closet which she immediately rectified (I also got to meet the installer who was pleasant, professional, and totally backs his product - he's been with the company for over 20 years). California Closets is a fabulous organization who stands by its products. They treat their employees well, which worked to my advantage (NO attitudes here!). I have already recommended California Closets and will continue to do so so my friends don't have to research this project.
