Sue Knox, our sales consultant, did a wonderful job incorporating everything on our wish list into her designs, and offered additional suggestions that were much appreciated. She patiently answered all of our questions, was able to get us a fairly quick installation date, and guided us throughout the process. On the installation date, David, our installer, was punctual, efficient, professional, friendly, and delivered high quality workmanship. He even left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived!
