When it comes to closets, and any other storage areas, it ultimately doesn’t matter what anyone else has or what anyone else thinks. What matters it that my customers end up with the very best storage for their specific needs and that they love their storage. When my customers tell me that they’d live in their closets if they could, I know I’ve done it right.
I spend a lot of time listening to what my customers tell me they want – it’s critical. I gather details on what they actually have to store and what their budget goals are and I create designs that strike a balance between the client’s wish list and budget. What makes it really work is getting input from the customer during the process and discussing options. This way we come up with the best option for them.
I love helping people organize their lives with design solutions that excite them. My job is to help them do what they can’t, or don’t have time to do, on their own.
