California Closets, the leader in the custom storage industry for over 30 years, is seeking Design Consultants. Our most successful consultants have a proven track record in sales, a strong belief in offering the highest level of customer service, an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to market themselves and their product and a winning attitude.
After 4 weeks of paid training, compensation becomes 100% commission based. You will meet with clients in their homes, work collaboratively with them to design beautiful storage systems for every room of the home, utilizing our state of the art CAD program. We design closets, home offices, entertainment centers, garages, pantries, laundry rooms, wall beds and more.
A portion of your leads will be provided, and you will be expected to network to generate a portion of your own leads as well. We supply a strong brand name, a beautiful showroom in which to meet customers for in depth design review and product selection, initial and ongoing training, marketing materials, a CAD program, cell phone, production support and leads. You supply the laptop computer, home office work space, reliable transportation and determination to succeed. This is a full time position with a lot of flexibility in your schedule.
