The most important thing I can do is to make California Closets customers feel that they are being heard. Listening to a client’s needs is far more important than any of the wonderful technology we use in the design process. I strive to meet the needs of the customer while also giving my advice for the space.
My end goal is for every customer to have a great experience and be happy with their new storage solution.
My favorite part about my job at California Closets is that every consultation is different. New challenges keep me interested and excited about being creative in the design process.
