When customers walk through our showroom doors, I like to turn them into clients we work with on an ongoing basis.
It all comes down to wonderful products and stellar service. Simple, right? I want to find out what kind of organizational help they need and what areas of their home they're looking to transform. I then like to discuss their style and show them the variety of choices California Closets can offer. I listen for all their needs so I can inform our design consultants. I worked for California Closets from 2001 to 2008 and then rejoined the company in July 2010. I have been working with customers for almost 30 years and do everything I can to make our clients' experience special for them. We as a team take care of them all the way through to their installation.
Like many California Closets employees, I have a solution in my own home. I love our California Closets hamper with the pull-out laundry bags in my closet. It makes taking clothes downstairs to do laundry easy when they are already separated.
