California Closets celebrates 25 years as part of the North Jersey community! Marty and Ruthie Ginsberg founded the Fairfield California Closets franchise on November 7, 1984. Over the past 25 years, our local team has become industry leaders in the community by creating custom closet and organization solutions. The Ginsberg's have developed and nurtured a local family-run business that has grown into a thriving operation.
We are proud to service all communities in Northern and Central New Jersey (11 counties) as well as Pike, Northampton, and Monroe Counties of Pennsylvania.

All in the Family
California Closets North Jersey is truly a family business. Marty and Ruthie's daughters, Shellie Topper and Julie LaFranco, help out as sales designer and CAD developers, sales trainer, and help out with product selection and purchasing. Julie's husband Bob is our Operations Manager, bringing 16 years of experience to our operation.
It often feels like we didn't have a life "B.C." -- Before Closets! You might even say it is in our DNA.

All of our products are manufactured right here in Fairfield, NJ! Cabinets are assembled here, and closet systems are assembled in the homes of our customers.
We are truly a "custom shop," capable of manufacturing beautiful furniture for dressing rooms, home offices, media rooms, garages, etc. which enables us to maintain our place as the premier brand in our marketplace.
