PT/FT Customer Liaison Needed

 California Closets, has a part-time or full-time Customer Liaison position available for our expanding main office in Ronkonkoma, New York.

 Applicants must work well independently and with others, possess a good attitude and can-do work ethic.

 Primary responsibilities will include:

• Answer & direct incoming phone calls
• Greet visitors and assist accordingly
• Manage appointment calendar for our designers
• Installation Confirmations
• Provide general administrative support to executive staff, sales team, and production department
• General office duties - including filing and use of printer, scanner, fax machine and mail meter
• General office maintenance

 In many cases, this position will be the first contact with our clients. The ideal candidate must:

• Excel in both written and verbal communication skills
• Present themselves in a professional manner
• Possess exceptional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
• Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail
• Have working knowledge of computers (including internet, Microsoft Word & Excel) and the ability to learn our own CRM system
