Rich joined California Closets New England in 1997. From 1997 to 2002 Rich learned the production and installation process from the ground up. He was quickly promoted to Master Installer and performed at that high level for 6 years. Rich was then promoted to Installation Manager and has been there since 2002. He has a keen expertise in managing personnel, maximizing revenues, and customer service. He and his staff boast the highest customer satisfaction rating in the industry.
