Melissa joined California Closets New England in 1993. Melissa’s success has come from mastering many different functions within the California Closets business. She spent her first 3 years as a customer liaison learning the importance of customer service and initial contact. Melissa then took that knowledge out on the road and become a key member of the sales and design staff for the next 9 years. She then found her niche in her current role in researching new, innovative product offerings. Melissa also joined the corporate team part-time in 2009 in the same function and is one of the main reasons why California Closets leads the industry in technology and product innovations.
