Our Team

Greg has been a part of The Franchise Company since 1996. Greg started his TFC career as a franchise owner with sister company, College Pro Painters, while attending school at The University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1998, Greg followed his passion and became a full-time General Manager for College Pro over the next 4 years. He then joined California Closets New England in 2003.

Brad has been with California Closets New England since the winter of 1992. From 1992 to 1997 Brad broke in as an installer as he quickly learned the business. Brad then found his niche in the production side of the business. In 1997 Brad moved into the shop facility and mastered the inner workings of producing the finished product. Since 2000, Brad has been the Shop Manager at California Closets NE. He is the hands-on leader for production and shop team.

Rich joined California Closets New England in 1997. From 1997 to 2002 Rich learned the production and installation process from the ground up. He was quickly promoted to Master Installer and performed at that high level for 6 years. Rich was then promoted to Installation Manager and has been there since 2002. He has a keen expertise in managing personnel, maximizing revenues, and customer service. He and his staff boast the highest customer satisfaction rating in the industry.

Laura has been a valuable part of the California Closets New England team since 2005. She started as a showroom associate and was promoted to Marketing Assistant in 2007, excelling in social media marketing. In December 2009, Laura joined the team as Director of Marketing. Laura holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Nancy has been a valued member of the California Closets New England Design Team since 2001.  Recognized at the 2012 California Closets Convention in San Francisco with more than $4 million in sales, Nancy is an award winning designer, counting Rookie of the Year, Closer of the Year, and Quality Designer of the Year among her accolades. 

Dennis joined California Closets New England in the summer of 2000. Dennis brings a meticulous attitude to his responsibilities in keeping the company on a sound financial track. Dennis is a key member of the executive team and an integral part of the company’s financial strength. 

Georgia has worked as the leads coordinator for a number of years and in the last 2 years she has been working with the accounting department helping with accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable. She also manages the front office and performs other administrative functions.
