Joe Sampson, the owner of the California Closets Puerto Rico franchise, comes from a background in the textile and apparel industry, and in the Economic Development sector in Puerto Rico.

California Closets Puerto Rico is deeply committed to the island, investing in the technology, machinery, and training programs for a local manufacturing facility. We manufacture all the components for our closet system right here on the island, custom-made for each customer. What does that mean for you? You won't have to wait for a shipment from the US for any of your parts!
Plus, we offer an enormous selection of products that you simply cannot find elsewhere. Here at the Puerto Rico plant we produce the complete line of California Closets (classic, Suite, R2W) -- in the complete line of colors and materials (classic as well as Lago). We carry over 15 colors, so you'll never have to settle for something that is not exactly what you want.
Giving Back to the Community
Many of us here at California Closets Puerto Rico are active in our local communities, such as churches and recreation leagues. On the franchise level, we have a history of sponsorships, having provided donations and funded athletic activities at two local public schools.
An Active Industry Participant
We are active members of the PRMA (Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association), the APPR (Associacion de Productos de Puerto Rico), and the ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).
We are also a common sight at trade shows on the island, including the Architects show CAAPR (Colegio de Arquitectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas) and the Designer’s show CODDI (Colegio de Decoradores y Diseñadores de Interiores).
