1) You start the process by providing us with your information and inquiring about the particular area in which you would like to open a franchise. You will do this by completing the Franchise Inquiry Form.

2) Upon receiving your Franchise Inquiry Form, we will respond to you via email.

3) Should the area(s) in which you express interest be available, we will send you an e-mail confirming this and request that you complete our California Closets Franchise Profile. Along with your completed Franchise Profile, we request that you send us your current resume and email the documents to our secure server.

4) Upon our receipt of these documents, our Franchising Director will respond to you.

5) If you meet our pre-qualifying criteria, we will then provide you with the Uniform Franchising Offering Circular (UFOC) and further information about us.

6) A credit check will be performed.

7) You will then be given an opportunity to conduct your due diligence which will include the opportunity to meet with and/or to interview existing franchisees in person or via telephone, as well as complete whatever additional due diligence you may be interested in completing.

8) Thereafter, we will invite you to a Discovery Day where you will meet with key members of our Corporate team in our Corporate Office.

9) Following your meeting with our Corporate team, a final decision will be made as to whether we will offer a franchise to you.

10) Once you have been approved, sign our Franchise Agreement and pay the initial franchise fee, we will immediately begin working with you on the opening of your California Closets franchise business.
