My goal as the owner of California Closets Dallas-Ft. Worth is for every customer to walk away feeling like they had a wonderful experience with our team - that we provided a fantastic product, were enjoyable to work with, and we delivered what we promised.
I've been the president and owner of the California Closets franchise in DFW for three years - although I'm not new to California Closets. I decided to transition to Dallas and become the owner of the DFW franchise after working with the parent company for 25 years in numerous management and executive roles.
During that time, I had the luxury and advantage of working with the California Closet executive group and thus was able to understand the power of the California Closet brand and the strength of their systems and their team. I was impressed by their commitment to excellence and their company values.
The DFW team is no exception. They are equally excited to continue to build and grow a great organization. It is inspiring to see the team’s passion to create storage solutions for clients to improve their quality of home and life. It makes my position very rewarding.
My wife and I love the DFW community. We have lived in numerous metropolitan areas throughout the United States over the years and find Dallas to be a great city to live in and be a part of. We are energized by the people and the values that are present here during our day- to-day activities. I have lived in numerous cities (small and large) across Canada and the United States and would say that I have never lived in an area with such a strong sense of family and community.
