These are the foundations of our work here at California Closets Charleston. We continually remind ourselves that excellent customer service is defined by how we deal with challenging design situations, not the easy ones, and new staff goes through months of training before they are ready to go into the field. We are very proud that over half of our staff has been with us for more than 5 years. This loyalty and dedication through all levels of our team ensures excellent cooperation and communication from the top of the organization to the bottom, which translates into quality work.


We listen to you and we listen to each other in a fully collaborative process in order to find the ideal solutions for your specific needs. Excellent customer service is our top priority, as demonstrated by our "10-Year Labor-Free Adjustability Warranty". For ten years from the date of installation we will make adjustments to your system with no labor or trip charges. It is our way of showing customers that we are here for them well beyond the completion of the job.

Steve Rogers, Owner / Sales & Marketing

I have the greatest job in world!  As an owner/sales manager/designer I get to spend my days either working with our designers, who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients, or working directly with our clients to help them find the peace and tranquility that a well-organized closet system can provide.  And I have to admit that I am not the shoemaker who has no shoes!  From our children's closets to our pantry to our master closet, I enjoy walking the walk and living with the product and service that we provide every day.
