I have already told many people about my California Closets experience, especially the great designer Kate Cullen. We had consultations with several companies and Kate was head and shoulders above them all - in her design, the types of questions she asked us, how organized she was, etc.

Hi Kate - The closets are fabulous.  I am so happy with the entire experience.  The painter and installer were prompt, professional and clean.  Your designs are perfect.  I cannot believe the whole process from design to installation took only a week and that the installation went so smoothly.  The quality of the closets speak for themselves and the customer service superb.  We will definitely use you again and I would happily refer you to friends.

Hi Kate: So sorry for the delay - just occurred to me this morning that I had not responded - oops. LOVE the closet. Love it. Like changed me in wonderful ways love my closet. It's a process though, and I'm not ready to call it finished - on my end. Your end is completed beautifully. I love the quality of the construction, the meticulous care that was put in to the installation, the way the drawers slide, and more than anything the way it totally fits me. And for that I owe you a huge thanks. You took the time to really look at how I had my thinks arranged, how much space I would need for specifics, i.e. shoes and jewelry and long items vs. short, and you built my closet accordingly. The mirrors could not have worked out better (thank god, because I cannot believe I looked like that from the backside - so glad I am now informed and can change things up a bit!). I am over the moon happy. I am still looking for perfect fabric for the window seat (which I use often - it's amazing), the perfect old hooks, a rug, and (yes) a light fixture. It will come, but at this point, and while the boys are all running around here this summer, it could not be more fun. I'm finally getting it trimmed out tomorrow. This was a pretty big deal (always is in this house) but it is going to be gorgeous. I'll send periodic photo updates, and when it is finally finished you must join me and a few friends for wine - in the closet - to celebrate. You helped me realize this dream, and while I know it's just a closet, I feel like a princess every time I walk inside. Thank you so very, very much. You are so amazing at this!

I was impressed with the designer. She was very professional and knew her stuff. She was top notch.

The service was great. Kate listened and had great input to create a solution that we were looking for.

I think the designer was very good at giving suggestions as to what worked best for our closets. The designer was willing to listen to what I wanted. She was patient when revising the plans. The installation was good and neat.

They were great, showed up when they said they were going to. The timing was good. The product is high quality.

They have been out through the years...they have been very accommodating...I just love working with my designer Kate she has always been so helpful and the installer was friendly, helpful and did a great job...they always clean up after themselves and we have already planned another meeting with my designer again!

Kate worked through MANY design drafts to come up with a final plan that accomplished our goals. Glenn was prompt and fastidious in his work. The flexibility of the system makes California Closets the best way to accomplish tricky storage solutions.

Our experience was wonderful - start to finish. Kate gave us great ideas and is delightful. Installation went smoothly, quietly and on time. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
