Client Liaison, Full-time
Location: Galleria Design Studio, Edina, MN www.galleriaedina.com
Currently looking to fill approximately 30-35 hours per week.
Duties Include: Welcoming clients into our Design Studio and on the phone, scheduling appointments, developing new opportunities for client relationships and other client follow up, assisting with marketing pieces for studio which could include creating portfolio sheets in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and uploading photos to website, studio maintenance/cleaning, retail sales, and various projects as needed.
Job Requirements: We're looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality and that wants to contribute to the success of our team. The Client Liaison is typically the first person our clients come in contact with, which makes this position such a vital role in our company. You must have exceptional communication and listening skills in the studio, on the phone and through technology, and be able to deliver a great customer service experience as our clients are the most important part of our business.
You must be a self-starter and be able to work independently in a retail environment. This position requires the ability to multi-task and think on your feet as no one day is the same. You must be open and able to adapt. Excellent time management and organization skills are a must as there are daily tasks that need to be completed in a timely manner.
Technology: You must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) as you will be required to use them on a daily basis. Familiarization with CAD or similar software is a plus though not a requirement, as training in our ClosetCad software will be provided.
Flexible Schedule: Must have evening and every other weekend availability. We are looking for someone who is open to working every Monday 10am-9pm guaranteed, with other hours throughout the week as well.

Studio Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.; Sundays 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Typical bi-weekly schedule could look as follows:
Week 1: Sunday 11-5, Monday 10-9, Tuesday off, Wednesday 5-9, Thursday 10-9, Friday 10-2, Saturday off.
Week 2: Sunday off, Monday 10-9, Tuesday off, Wednesday off, Thursday 5-9, Friday 5-9, Saturday 2-8.
Salary Range: $10/per hour

We are innovators in custom home storage and the meaningful organization and use of space.
