Celebrity Closets: A Baby's Nursery
We've shown you our celebrity client's soft, romantic walk-in closet and her husband's simple, cowboy-style closet. Now, take a tour of their first nursery design!
Mom and Dad wanted the small nursery's reach-in closet to have a rustic feel, with built-in functionality. The closet was designed around an antique wooden wagon, and incorporated baskets for storing small items and plenty of hanging room.
Here's what baby Kase came home to:
Even in a small closet, there can be plenty of room - with smart design. Notice the mixture of shelves, hanging rods and baskets to accommodate baby's different needs.
Items are easy to see and easy to access - and it's important that things are as easy as possible for new parents!
Everything fits: Diapers and toys....
...blankets and shoes.
A chalk holder helps make labeling simple, which will come in handy in the future as Kase grows up and his belongings grow up with him.
What do you think of the design? Could this reach-in closet design work for you and your family?
