Before & After: A Walk-In Closet Transformation
Sarah's closets were bursting at the seams!
She had a dresser that was protruding out into the doorway, stacks of shoeboxes and a cluttered mess that made it impossible for her to find anything. She was extremely frustrated every day and couldn't wait to re-do her small, oddly shaped space.
Sarah was frustrated with her closet clutter.
We designed a walk-in system that included plenty of hanging space, recessed shelving and nine levels of shoe storage (no more shoeboxes!).
Her cluttered closet was transformed into a beautiful, well-organized walk-in!
We maximized storage space with this section of recessed shelving. The bins contain Sarah's belongings and look great!
It's such a pain to rifle through shoeboxes for the right heels! Now Sarah can see all her options and create the perfect outfit each day.
After the installation was complete, Sarah and her husband Adam reported that the project got them to eliminate a lot of unneeded items from their closets, and Sarah found a whole new, refreshed work wardrobe in her own closet!
They were thrilled with the outcome and said that Sarah's custom closet came out even nicer than they had expected.
I love when a well thought-out closet design with simple, smart features can transform a client's home and life. If you're ever dealing with an unusual or small storage area, don't lose hope! There's always a solution that maximizes the space and reduces clutter.
