I enjoy hearing back from clients that I have worked with in the past. One of them recently said to me "I don't know what I will do after we finish this last area in my home. I find the key to my success is not only finding out what my customer's needs are, but also getting to know them better and infusing their personality into the design. They sometimes tease me at the office because all of my clients are my "favourite clients", but I really feel this is true. I truly care about my customers, and I always strive to make sure that they are completely satisfied with the service that California Closets has provided and are completely in "love" with their new storage system.
It's really a simple principle. Once you have only the things in your home and life that you need, make sure that they have a home in your life. This is my job, and I love it!
